  1. I did the 5 am wake up for a while too (and it was actually really good), but it’s turned out to not work for me over the long term. After fighting with it for a bit, I decided I was ok with getting up an hour later too. Sometimes you just gotta let go of the things that don’t serve you even though they are “supposed” to. Love the idea of reevaluating to find another way to accomplish the intended goal.
